Well i had the hospital last Friday for my 27 week check. Had glucose test done, anti-d injection given and hb blood test done.

+ protein showed up in my urine too.

Got results back today. Glucose normal, urine normal (phew) HB low so need to take iron (yuk) and doc has decided to not let me go past 37 weeks cos of my history.

Having my cervical stitch taken out at 37 weeks and they are going to break my waters to see if i go into labour. If not it looks like a c-section for me around about 16th June.

Yeah, it seemed all they did was prod and poke!

Really wanted to try and have a normal delivery so hoping it happens. They were going to deliver by c-section at 36 weeks but said they would leave me til 37 cos i am more likely to start labour myself once they take out stitch and break my waters.

Its horrible not knowing either way, i like to plan ahead!

Yeah I can imagine.

At least you can prepare yourself for a c section I guess incase it does come to that.

Yeah true. Thats what i'm gonna do. If i get ready for a c-section i wont be disappointed but if i manage normal delivery it will be a bonus.
