I'm Currently Feeling:  |  34 week appointment today..
I'm not meant to have an appointment untill 35 weeks but when I was in hospital the other Friday she told me to bring it forward a week. I'm sure it'll be complete pants but atleast I get real confirmation on whether my fatty has dropped lol!
Not looking forward to the urine test as I had +2 when I was in the hospital (should get the results of whether it's a UTI today, although it really doesn't feel like one atall, I have no symptoms). Suppose I should do nothing all day so I can keep my blood pressure down too, unlike last time, when she had to take it twice during the appointment to make the lower number go under 90 lol! I say "lol" but I was quite worried at the time.
So, after this, she isn't going to want to see me untill 38 weeks, I'm going to request she sees me at 36 weeks too. See how it goes I guess.  |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I went for my 34 week scan yesterday! BP was a bit high when I got there but by the end of the scan it was back to normal. Think it was just the heat and rush to get there.
I got caught out those, my urine sample showed my glucose levels were up. Doc asked me if I had eaten any sweets during the day, I just smiled sheepishly. um.. does eating a whole packet of jelly sweets covered in sugar count??? Oops.
Baby is fine, their is enough fluid etc. He now weighs a healthy 2.6kg's.
Strange how different the docs are. Mine has said I must go for a scan every two weeks from now! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | A scan? I havn't even seen my munchkin since 26 weeks, (and that was only because I paid for a 4D!) You're so lucky. My midwife isn't really interested in me.
Mine don't test for glucose either, just protein. If they tested for glucose I'd get murdered, I live on sweets lmao |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I would go insane if it was so long since I saw my LO. My last scan was at 30 weeks and even that was too long to wait.
I thought I was just tested for protein, but after yesterday I know that she goes the glucose as well. Will make sure I keep my sweets for after my appointment next time ;-)
