Ouch. I'm just sitting here minding my own business and I get the sharpest pain where those two joints meet.. I dunno if it's SPD as I didn't even move. Meh. Gonna mention it to my midwife tomorrow. Hopefully it was a one off.
i know that one i have it quite often never said anything to my MW just thought it was a normal pregnancy pain lol maybe not have to let us know what your MW says.
