hiya,

Apparently the best way to turn the baby is to massage your stomach lightly... Dont be too worried though, your baby will probably turn around beforehand!

I have a shoddy midwife too. i told her i wanted a waterbirth and even spoke to her about it on Monday when i went in... she failed to mention that their one and only birthing pool is out of action and will be for the forseeable future...!

x

i think i was more bothered about the contractions lol.i had to have an episiotomy, but before they do that they inject a local anesthetic, so you dont feel the cut and things are nice and numb down there x

you can kneel on the floor and lean with your arms on the ball or sit on it , or sit backwards on a chair leaning on the back,

i had a ventouse assisted with ds and ive had a few problems with the scar from the episiotomy but it depends on what position baby is in if they use ventouse or forceps

oh thanks ladies, Will try them exercises. Yeah im hoping he will turn before them. About a month ago he used to moon the MW all the time when she would feel around so im optimistic that he will turn again. Just dont like the way she told me like it was the end of the world etc.

katycannadine - cant believe she didnt tell you about the birthing pool. Thats not fair, can you not have a water birth now atall then?
