Your bigger than me and this is my second baby!! I carry in my back anyway and my daughter was 5lb 13oz at birth. I like being small, i must admit i didnt like it when i was first pregnant as i wanted the whole world to know i was pregnant, but i like being small. I still get to wear my regular clothes, i got no stretchmarks and i wasnt as uncomfortable as some other mums. Everyone thought i was having a boy but i had a girl!

I am just over 31 weeks and people always feel the need to either say my bump is too small or too big, i think its one of the most annoying little things about being pregnant! But i am ashamed to admit that in the past before knowing anything about pregnancy i have said to friends 'oooh your bump is so big' without realising HOW annoying it is to comment on the size! Just ignore comments, i blank people when they give me their 'expert' opinions, haha. You have a great bump! I think you have a...............boy!

Oh hun my best friend who hasnt had children started to say im small when i hit the 6 months mark, it worried me, even though I havent been able to wear my normal clothes since 14 weeks im sure I wasnt that small, I had my 28 week midwife app last week and said am i small? she said in a really sweet nigerian accent "no darrrrling - your are measuring at least a week ahead shes a big girl" souds petty but i text her after and told my friend.. lol she was like ooh right..I think its just perception,,,, people think if you are pregnant you are meant to look you are 9 months gone and ready to pop out, i think you look lovely and i wish people would keep their comments to themselves!! xxx

Your bump looks great! I never got much bigger than that, the comments really do get annoying after awhile because what are you supposed to say back, ykwim? I did like having a small bump though; no stretch marks, and I could still shave my legs and tie my shoes at 40 weeks! lol

I'm guessing....boy.

I'm exactly the same!! I was a bit worries but I'm measuring bang on I'm just carrying all around and not just at the front (according to midwife). I'm starting to look more pregnant now but a few weeks ago (depending on what I was wearing but I don't go for mega tight clothes) people wouldn't know and now when in my coat you'd not know.

I've been told by people that I'm lucky to be "compact" and the midwife said you don't want to be too big and waddling so I guess we just think ourselves lucky and happy to healthy bubs in there.

Also you don't look to be a short person which can make a diff I think as you've a longer torso to spread the load :-)

I say girl but that's coz I'm on team pink!
