Sorry if this thread comes up more then once this is the third time iv typed and tried posting it.
Has anyone given much thought as to what they are going to wear while giving birth?
It may sound silly but I think its more of a confidence thing and the more I think about it the more I have specific needs in mind like.
1. has to have buttons or easy access at the front for quick skin to skin and breast feeding.
2 has to longer then a normal tshirt so I can cover myself a bit in between contractions and so my bare arse isnt waving around in the air if im on all fours.
3. has to be dark coloured, I think this one is more to do with so I dont see myself covered in blood after and freak out.
4. has to be comfertable and easy to move in
I was thinking of somthing maybe like a vest and this

or this

or what I wear around the home when the house is too hot is a skirt pulled up over my chest might be best kinda like a strapless smock
Also I may put in a vest and one of those short skirts that go over your swimming costume for if I decide to use the pool for pain relief.
The sad part is im giving more thought to this then I am with pain relief, its not that im vain or care to much about clothes thats not me at all I just want to be comfertable.
Am I over thinking this? surely other women have wondered about this as well.
