I was told the same thing, sat on the ball, spent 10 mins twice a day on all fours and tried to avoid sitting slouched on the couch. Baby is now the right way round, hope it works for you too xx

both my daughters were back to back. I had to be induced with DD1 and the labour was very very long about 34 hours (pushing was only abotu 25 mins though). I found that i couldnt really tell when i was having contractions as there was just a constant pressure pain in my back (this is apparently back contractions.) With DD2 i was induced and i noticed straight away that that the contractions were in my back and were more aware of them that time, that labour however ended in a section. Both my daughters engaged whilst in the back to back position. It can cause really bad back pain in the last few weeks.
I used birthing ball on all fours and neither of my daughters would turn but it is worth a try as u still have time for baba to turn. xxx

I was reading about this today in a mag by NCT that my mw gave me. Apparently the babies lay like this because we are lazy and sit slouched on the sofa too much and leaning backwards. It has tips to turn the baby like leaning forward with a straight back legs apart (bump between legs) and also sitting on a birthing ball. Ive not been told if mines back to back yet but im going to do what it says just incase everyday x
