I'm Currently Feeling:  | Nope I don't have a text buddy.
Well, I just got back from the emergency. i wanted to make sure these terrible cramps were normal. They monitored the baby for about an hour and my contractions which were just mild ones according to the doctor. If this is what mild feels like, I'm terrified to find out what bad ones are like!!
My blood pressure was a bit high.. 130/88 and I had +protein in my urine so I waited around for some blood work which was fine. I have to go back again tomorrow to check my blood pressure and monitor the baby again as well as do a 24hr urine to check the protein.
I had an internal done... wow... uncomfortable! I'm only about 1cm dilated and my cervix has softened and shortened which is a good sign. I lost quite a bit more of my show from the internal. He figures I should go into labour in the next day or two. They said if the contractions get worse or closer together that I should go in.
I'm in complete agony. The crampy contractions are SO painful and fairly close. I'm gonna grab something to eat and try to get to sleep. |
