I have made sure to put my feet up, and rotate my ankles and stuff like that to help not swell..

I'd say my ankles started swelling about 35 weeks. Sounds like you are doing the best thing keeping them up!

My ankles used to get swollen on and off when I was at work but since being on mat leave it's only happened once. I agree keeping your feet up is a good idea! xx

Iv not had any swelling either, actualy iv had very few typical pregnancy side effects.
Untill mat leave I was on my feet walking around all day as a waitress so I thought I would have problems with swelling or achy legs but nope nothing.

I never had any swelling, even after spending a whole day on my feet helping my mom at work the day before I went into labour! Dunno why that is, but I'm glad for it.

i noticed swelling for the very first time yesterday in my ankles, when I was 37+5. I had been sat down most of the day. My ankles and feet were twice the size!

I'm doing some yoga this morning which I hope will help

Not everyone gets it - count yourself lucky if you dont!

I've never had swelling with any of mine including this one. Fingers crossed that I continue to be lucky!

i got some swelling from about 27 weeks onwards, but since i have been off work it has gone down alot. But i think its if your body normally gets swelling, because my ankles used to swell before i was pregnant x
