Was just wondering how many ladies are going to use a TENS machine?

If you have bought it? or are just going to hire one?
if so how much was it to buy/hire? and what are the terms or hire? i mean how long can you keep it etc?
Also where did you hire it from?

my community midwife is hiring one for me, i think you only keep it until jus after the birth lol xx

I was thinking about possibly hiring one but I'm not sure. Knowing me I'll just never get round to it. Does anyone know whats more effective between gas and air or a tens machine?

I think the TENS is designed for the back ache for the long first part or labour and the gas and air is for throughout,you can mix both though.

ive hired one from the internet the elle tens one, it was £26 and i get to keep it for 7 weeks, got practice electodes and some other free stuff with it. as to whether it will work am i still yet to find out
