I know how hard it is but it will get easier with time. A few false alarms are to be expected I hope that with time they won't give you such a heart attack. I cried after every false alarm we had with Charlie even though he turned out to be fine but we didn't have many false alarms and they stopped by the time he was about 6 months. Charlie's now 2 and a half 3 in April and he snores like a bear so I don't really need to check on him at night as I can hear him breathing lol!! I'm so glad he's a snorer even though between him and his dad I am kept awake all night snoring. If you need to talk to anyone hun you can always message me.
