I'm Currently Feeling: | Is it too soon... to start losing my mucous plug?! the past couple days i've been getting discharge "globs" (sorry if tmi) they've been small but not typical discharge because they were yellowish/greenish and very thick and stringy almost, then today it was more cream colored, larger and stringier but no blood or streaks. i'm not sure if i should call my doctor because i'm not experiencing anything else, no itching burning etc.
but if this is my mucous plug is it neccessarily a bad sign that it's coming out so soon?
i'm not worried, but then again i'm not sure if i should be lol |

| I'm not sure about if it could be your plug...BUT it sounds like when I had a bacterial infection. You might get it checked out just in case . Best wishes to you! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | the mucous plug will look like snot.. you know when u have a really bad cold!!
If it is then yes it is a very bad thing that it's coming out right now. That is very early preterm labor so you should definetly without hesitation get it checked just to be on the safe side. That's how my preterm labor started. I only had one tiny streak of blood in mine. The rest of the time it was mostly clear and sometimes a little cloudy. But very thick and sticky. If you tried to pull it apart it would stretch.. Sorry TMI
Either way you should go to your doctor and get an internal exam done.
Good luck |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Like Frog said, it sounds more like a bacterial infection which is very common. Definitely get it checked asap. Good luck! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Last pregnancy I had this at 27 weeks but had no blood in it, it was how you described yours (midwife said it was normal to lose small amouts of your show throughout pregnancy) then at 35 weeks I had my proper show with blood in it and had him 4days later.
I'd mention to your midwife though and see what she says |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Not completely sure, but that happened to my cousin a couple times a week for about 4 weeks, then she went into labour. I think I read somewhere that you can lose bits of your mucous plug slowly, but I may be wrong. All the best to you! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Take care of yourself. Hopefully it will not happen again and you will carry your baby fullterm. 27 weeks is a bit too early. |
