Did they check out his waterworks on that scan, or is that the one you're going for on the 22nd?

i have already had his water works checked and the blockage has gone and his bladder is normal size again. So i had stopped worrying, until she told me i had limited amniotic fluid. I have scans every 3/4 weeks to make sure he is okay. and he has been up to now. just want to speak to a professional about my low amniotic fluid levels now and what this means. Have looked up on the internet and scared myself xx

Awww, sorry your scan was poo! The 22nd isnt too long to wait - it is so nerve racking tho when you have these extra scans because something might be wrong. I have to have them every 3/4 weeks too and i am so worried.

I am sure he is fine tho! Low amniotic fluid isnt necessary something to worry about - I am sure if it was dangerously low, she wouldn't have mentioned it or would have made more of a point about it. Your levels can go up and down all the time.

Don't google it though, I did that and it frightened the life out of me! People don't write stories when things go well - you only ever see the stories when things go wrong!

Sorry to hear that your scan was horrible. They should refund your money back since you didn't get any pics. I hope your next one is better. Try not to worry too much about the fluid being low (like other posters said, stop googling). Wishing you better luck at your next appointment.

Ah Charlotte what have you told me about google?! Tut tut, naughty! I'm sure if you had a problem then they would've picked up on it before. From the sounds of it, the woman doing your scan was just complete PANTS!
