hiya, just thought wouldnt it be funny if some of us were in the same hospital at the same time without even knowing it?

i am planning a hospital birth, in a midwife lead unit, (the womens in liverpool) think i am going to have an epi if my labour is slow but if its coming on quickly think i might try a water birth.

what are your plans?

Leeds General Infirmary. I originall had Leeds St James' down, but I hada nasty experience there at 11wks and decided that I didn't want them in charge of delivering my baby,

I wanted a water birth, but they've closed the birthing pool until further notice for 'health and safety' reasons or some other rubbish.

I apparently have SPD now though, so Im not sure whats going to happen.

Its a bit scary not knowing and thinking I might not have a choice about it. But I just want to meet my boy now so Im not that bothered how he comes out anymore, as long as he's ok!

i know, i know - i'm early

I am hoping to go to the new hospital being built as we speak in Frome Somerset and have a water birth. But if anything doesn't go to plan i will be shipped off to the Royal United Hospital in Bath. Hope not as i can't help but feel they have relvolving doors in that place.
In, push, baby out, you all out.
