I bought an exercise ball today and in the mist of trying out the exercises on the sheet I was bouncing around and BAM! .. Ouch.  |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I'm not sure what I feel it just hurt all of a sudden and it felt so uncomfortable realllllly low down.. well lower than usual.. I guess I'll find out next Tuesday when I see my midwife |
