I'm Currently Feeling:  | I am definately taking one of these balls into my room with me! They are so much fun - i can imagine the hilarity of it with the gas as well. My OH better make sure he catches me when i roll off! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | They will be great to get your stomach flat again afterwards and i think helpful during labour. I always used one to keep my core (back) strong |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I have one at home, and I love sitting on it when my pelvis and hips are hurting, it just takes the pressure off in just the right way. So I know it will be great in labor. |
