| Pregnant (Expecting) Chat Happy BnB Member  Join Date: May 2009 Posts: 1,691 | ARGH Mat leave! So...my employer has known for 6 months when I was going on Mat leave. She just called (2 days before I go on leave) and asked if I would "work for a couple more weeks." Um, no, I'm almost 37 weeks pregnant and I told you when I was leaving at 12 weeks. Apparently she also 'forgot' to request my Record Of Employment too despite my reminding her every week for the last month, which means a delay in my receiving benefits. Don't you just LOVE people like that?  |
