I would imagine they do. Some babies don't take to breastfeeding, even if the mother plans to, so I can't imagine they would let the baby go hungry.

Dont know for definate though.

Yeah, the hospital supply the milk.

I have been reading the book by the Le Leche League, and it is super informative about what to expect with breast feeding, tips to make it work and such. You might pick it up and give it a read.
