Before I was even pregnant I walked around for about half an hour with my phone in my pocket ringing but I couldn't find it. I knew it was close!

It's great to know I'm not alone! I am giggled at at least once a day for my "baby brain" antics. Phone in the trash takes the cake

I can't even begin to start a list! In 2 days I managed to break 2 glasses and a bowl and dump a take out container of soup on the floor. Lucky for me, the soup landed directly upside down and the lid stayed on!! It could have been disasterous!

This "pregnancy on the brain" gets me, too! I just had my baby shower yesterday and we had decided to have it at my school where I teach. (I am the only one with keys to let us all in.) Well, my Mom and I decide to leave the building for a couple seconds to put parking signs up...I'm out the door and when I get back 10 minutes later I finally realize that I left MY KEYS INSIDE! We were locked out! Luckily another teacher came and let us in....but I tell ya what, my brain does not work like it used to that's for sure.

my list:

Making OH noodles and me a cup of tea, I put the sweetner in his noodles and the seasoning in my tea.....Yukky tasting tea.

Looked for my car keys for 30minutes and the keys were in my pocket.

Left the handbrake off of my car when parking on a hill, had to run down the hill after my car, was a very scary moment.

Added milk to my cordial instead of water.

Tonight i searched for my lipbalm for 40minutes, my lips were really sore. only to discover i had thrown it in the bin????

When i am at the gym i forget how many sets of weights i have done and end up doing way more "just encase".

Constantly trying to condition my hair whilst the shampoo is still on it, i always forget to wash it off first.

oh my list is endless, my OH is getting very annoyed with my scatty behaviour. ha ha xxx

I think pregnant brain was my first real pregnancy symptom. I am a hairstylist and when I was working I would drop my hairdryer pretty much daily, my combs could have lived on the floor, and I couldnt seem to carry on much of a conversation seeing as I would forget mid sentence what the heck I was even talking about. Now I just drop EVERYTHING! One day I was putting away groceries and I kept dropping things and making a mess so I sat down on the kitchen floor and cried My husband came in from the car and thought I was crazy! And my belly is like a stain magnet! I spill everything on it. Its gotten so bad I just stopped changing my shirts because I was running out of clothes!

The sad thing is we wont all get our brains back even after the baby is born because we are going to be so exhausted from the sleepless nights and caring for the LO that it will just keep us loopy!
