I'm Currently Feeling: 



For pineapple to have an effect you have to eat up to 7 pineapples. And theres only like a tiny little part of the pineapple that actually contains the enzyme thats meant to induce labour. I cant remember if its the outsides or the core though.
And raspberry tea only strengths the uterus, doesnt induce. Your meant to start drinkiing one cup a day at 32 weeks...and gradually building up!

Sex done it for me! I was 2 days overdue and it started right away!

yeh im on 3 cups a day at the mo hopefully its doing some good as its not very nice to drink!

Don't be afraid, rasberry leaf tea is miracle stuff! lol It's a) very, very tasty and b) while it won't start labour for you, it will prepare you for it greatly - it helps you to have a quicker easier labour by toning up your uterus so that it will deal as productively as possible with the contractions.

Hope you've openened the box and realised what a tasty treat you've been missing out on by now!

[Just thought, as I drank/drink so much of it, and it's a uterine tonic, I suppose that could be why my uterus contracted and my tummy fell back into place so quick after delivery. ]
