OMG OMG OMG I just cannot put into words how much all your good thoughts have meant.

Sam and I were discharged today and Fynn is still in special care - basically he is doing fabulously and signs are good so far but we will take each day at a time there.

The issues was he wasnt keeping anything down and was lethargic and then they got some gunk from his gut so it could be a numnber of things

1 - a problem with his gut/intestine/bowel which will need sorting and further issues
2 - he swallowed something in the birth process and got blocked and this stopped him from processing his food
3 - a slow bowel that didnt get going straight away

He has started taking food back today and if he keeps that down and keeps progressing will be discharged in a week.

Although it was horrible leaving him there he has been in special care since friday evening so it is ok. Also on the positive side we have been broken in gently with having just the one home at a time and the BEST thing is they both have their own special coming home day!!!!!!!!!!!
