Having a freak out moment

Ok so we decided to have another baby...we have succeeded in that. But now I'm freaking out, because honestly I have no place to put one in my house! LOL My 2 girls already share a bedroom, and the actual 3rd bedroom in our home is currently my husband's photography studio and our future livelyhood hopefully. The only place I have to keep a new baby is in a bassinet in my room, which is fine for a little while. But as I watch everyone posting pics of nurseries and such, I'm really just thinking to myself "I have no where to put this kid!" I feel like such a bad mom!!!

Friends of ours currently still have their daughter in their room (in a cot, not a bassinet any more) at almost two years old... They have a room for her, just that the Mum doesn't want to let go...

We have been waiting to buy a new house since April (currently renting, but nothing suitable has come up to buy...) and don't have a baby room/nursery set up... Baby will be in with us to start with and we hope to move by the time he is six months or so...

Nurseries are LOVELY, but other things sometimes come first (I have known a lot of people RUSH moving before the birth of their new baby and regretting it...).

QT

I would love to buy a bigger house, but finances just don't allow for it yet. So we will have to make due, I just feel somehow like I'm letting down my new little one. But you are all right, we will find a way to make it all work!

I am in a 2 bed house and my 2 girls share a room and the babii will eventually be sharing with them too. Me and my OH have the smallest room lol we just about fit in it and the girls have a massive room.
When the babii is born she will be in our room in the moses basket for about 6 months as my DD2 is still in the cot and then after the 6 months we will be buying low down bunk beds and getting a bed side for DD2 and she will go into bunk bed with DD1 and babii will be in the cot. Like someone else said for all the time they spend in their room, my girls are the same they only really sleep there. Dont worry you are not a bad mum xxxx

We won't have a nursery until later on either since we are still extending the level it will be on. Really for the time being and the first months even first year I don't think it matters much. You will find a solution if it does not work for you anymore! Don't feel bad

We're in a two-bed house and are currently saving for a deposit to buy our own, which will hopefully be a 3-bed cos we want 3 children but tbh although we've done all our nursery for egglet, he will be in our room up to a year I imagine. It doesn't make you a bad mom at all, you're doing the best you can and so long as LO is safe, warm, loved, happy and healthy that's all that matters xx

I had this whole panic too about 6 weeks ago, but i've come to terms with it. I was getting really depressed about not having nursery pics to post like 'everyone else'. But, hey, there really are more important things in life. I'm pretty sure that our lo's wont even notice that they don't have a nursery all to themselves! x

We also have very little space, but it will do for now until we can find something better. I try not to stress about it, babies come when it is the right time, not when everything is perfect and ideal (it never will be)
