it is a tough one and a personal decision. i have my daughter done as i thought is she caught m/m or r and was really ill with it, it would be my fault for not getting her injections done, however if she got autism i would know deep down that i was only trying to be the best mum and protect her against the other infections, which if you read into them are very very dangerous. i will also have my new baby done as im worried that when they go school there will be so many children who have not have the injections the infections will spread alot quicker and lots of children will get really sick. its a personal choice and you have to feel 100% happy with it.

the whole MMR debate seems to be too political at the moment, there isn't any conclusive evidence at the moment but it is atough decision. My eldest hasn't had her MMR,not because of the autism link but because I don't like the ideaof all these mass immunisations and from the research and reading I have done I do notnfeel that MMR is necessary at this time. We are not sure if in the future she will get the singles - but I have just recieved Cally'simmunisation schedule and she has even more then what Seren had so we will probably do the same with Cally. It is a very personaldecision and only you can make the right decision for you and your children.

By the way, what is the Canada diet?
