Heartburn until vomitting :(

Ok so i know heartburn is just part of being pregnant but these last 2 days have been stupid!! I cant eat anything because the heartburns gotten that bad i just throw up

Ive got gaviscon and thats doing nothing

Have had ranitidine ect but i throw tablets back up again just at my wits end with it!!!

Ive had 2 previous sections and docs are worried about old scars rupturing as the 2 i have are and inch apart from each other, as bump is getting bigger these are getting really painful but everytime i throw up im left in agony after as they are pulled

Sorry for a bit of a rant but its just doing my head in

It's horrible isn't it? I had heartburn so bad with my LO that I threw up at least twice a week for almost a month. I was so glad when he was born. I hope it gets better for you.

I'm sorry, heartburn is really awful, I feel for you. Mine has eased off now but I was getting it constantly up to about 35 weeks and felt like everything I ate wanted to come back up. Hope you feel better soon. xx

I sleep almost sitting up I have that many pillows propping me up! And even at that, I have to get up at least a couple of times a night to get gaviscon and a big glass of milk! It's awful innit?? At least mine isn't making me throw up (just makes me feel like I'm going to)! Feels like I'm being stabbed in the chest! Cannot wait to have my baby! It's gonna be such a novelty not having heartburn all the time!!!

Ive had heartburn in all my pegnancies but this one is just evil!!! Hes taking after his dad

out of interest... were your babies hairy?? they say hb signifies a hairy baby!

Yea both were born with a full head of hair!! And my DD was born with a hairy back

it did fall out after a few days tho lol

Oh I feel for you too. I'm suffering with it, but luckily not being sick, I just feel like I'm going to be. In fact, that's half the reason I'm up now at 4.50am! I've had Gaviscon and Rennies, but the only thing that I find really helps is a mug of hot milk, the hotter the better! I've never had HB in my life until I was about 20 weeks pregnant. Didn't know what it was and just thought I was getting a cold as I get it as this horrible burning in my throat! Hope it starts to ease for you xxx

Thankyou hun..... i might try the hot milk thing.... ive tried cold milk and that did nothing
