Bit of an update. My OB didn't call me back last night, so I did NOT take the medicine. She called this am though and said it's a class 'c' and they don't know if it could/will hurt LO or not, so I am not going to be taking it. I explained to her how the walk-in doc didn't even ask what color my mucous was or anything and how I was feeling (it helped that I sounded as bad as I feel, I'm sure) and everything I had already tried and she told me I should go in for an appointment today so THEY can look me over, thank goodness. I've got an appt at 140, here's hoping they can clear my nose!
just got back from the doctor. Nothing for my stuffiness. She said I could try taking the nasonex. She is giving me cough syrup. Said my lungs sound good...HOW CAN THEY SOUND GOOD?? THEY'RE WHISTLING SO LOUD MY CATS AND DOG HEAR IT? She said it sounds like I have THE FLU? My tummy and bum feel fine...I'm confused. She also said that if I'm not better by Sunday they'll give me antibiotics. I'm SO frustrated. GRRRR.
