Nah I don't calorie count either, I don't think calories are the most important thing to watch when you're trying to keep healthy. If that was the case, you could eat like 3 bars of choccy all day and thats it, and be really below the 2000 cals, but not be healthy. If that makes sense.
I tend to just eat what I want, but rather than snacking on crisps I eat fruit, and we try to have loads of veg with our main meal now as well.
Ive heard 500 cals extra though is recommended
