Theres a bit in my notes from the MW for a birth plan, but she has never mentioned it to me before.

There are templates on the internet you can use as well if you want to.

hey guna b realli weird as im only 14 weeks at mo but i was asked this at my midwife meeting, i had to go away and decide then let her know when i turned 13 weeks and she wrote it in my green book and gave it back to me sending my GP a copy.... i personally think bit early but she asked me to do it

i had to tell her where i wanted to give birth?
Who to be there and what pain relief
And would i accept a C Section if i had no other way etc...

As a first time mom, I just dont see how I can possibly know what to expect, so Im not even going to attempt a plan, but Ive educated myself about all the available options..Id love to do it naturally, but I dont wanna be in agony as my hooha is being torn to pieces!!
