Walked my dog for half hour..

Doesn't sound like much but at the speed my dog pulls me at I feel like I've just walked a marathon. I feel alot better for it. Definately going to go back to walking her twice a day for half hour. Doesn't sound like much, but it's better than nothing.

I've heard that walking is very good when pregnant, supposed to make labor easier (according to my mom and she had five kids so I guess she'd know )

My dog actually takes me for a walk. She needs to learn some manners! LOL

Thank goodness we have a large property that she runs around in everyday with the next door neighbor's dog.
