I've been getting this for about 3 weeks now. Its always near my front right bottom rib then it spreads around my back.
I find if i sit in a normal hard backed/dining table type chair with my bum right back and stretch out rocking on the spot like a loon it makes it feel better.
I think its because my work chair is like a high swivel stool chair that ricegrain gets all crunched up and thats the way it says "more room please!!!"
