maybe its a sign of things moving along? I heard that sometimes your system seems to try and get everything out before the birth (hence the funny tummy and loo runs)
Dont take my word for it though i could be wrong

I hate trying to decide what to eat these days as well. I'll eat something small and not good for me just because I can get it in my mouth and swallowed before I have to think about it. If I think about something I'll go off it very quickly. Can't even stomach cereal any more. Makes me queasy so fast!

lol, ironically I have managed to eat 1 banana this whole pregnancy, cant handle fruit much amnd if i can its apples!

Gills, veg is way off the menu, every time I cook veg i pick a couple of bits and then it makes me feel a bit ill - so i have to mix it in with stuff. Like lasagne tonight, has mushrooms, onions and courgette, just to try and eat something with vitamins but in all honesty plain veg makes me want to heave!

Just been feeling really weird with food and would rather drink fluids as opposed to eating but still get hungry then not......... grrrrr!! I just want to be normal again

Glad its sounding normal though - although have been wondering if its a bug!

lol. Just remember its better for your body to want to 'clear out' so to speak then to poop during labour lol

other option is to liquidise all your food - then you can drink it! hahaha

Bacon and egg sandwich smoothie anyone??

If your really not eating then try at least drinking normal smoothies.

Have you found it easier if someone else makes the food or brings it to you? For some reason this seems to help me. We can go out for dinner and I'm fine. Even something as small as having hubby bring me a pudding cup from the fridge (lol real healthy I know but it helps the heartburn!) makes me more willing to eat it and sit better. The whole process of getting and choosing my own food seems to complicate matters!

Mmmm... I want jelly and crunchie now! But then i always want whats not in the house. There is definately something in the whole - 'process of getting and choosing my own food seems to complicate matters'. I can rake through everything in the house and still not want anything, although if oh makes something that was there it is so much better. Same with going out for tea or take aways (which i'm having tonight). I have found the only thing that really keeps me going in munching on raw carrots but then sometimes they don't taste 'right' and end up in the bin. x

Why's it gotta all be so hard? Pregnant women should all be allocated a cook and maid when they get their BFP. *grins*

I second that!! Espec in 3rd tri! I really struggle with everything these days.

I think if you sit down and think of something that really makes your mouth water and make someone else go get it and cook it for you so you don't see it getting made and have just a tiny tiny portion on a tiny plate to begin with then you'll be alright. If i'm feeling funky I often think I want something but if I see a big plate of food it puts me off but a tiddly portion if managable (like 5 mouthfuls) then it taste soo good and you want more!
