measured 35cm at 34 weeks and 37cm at 36 weeks so got shuffled in for a growth scan. (Apparently it's a matter of routine if you're measuring in the 95th percentile on more than one occasion...)

They never seemed to care the first times with me either... it all depends on the midwife and how many times you've measured over. I've finally got a good midwife who likes to err on the side of caution as opposed to the last one I saw a few times who was like... "blood test? the doctor wants it? i don't think you need it and I don't feel like doing it so we're not going to do it." If I see her face pop up in the labour ward I think I'll cross my legs till they get me someone else!

When she said I was measuring that far, i thought they'd want to check but she was all 'it means nothing unless ur under what you should be' Was kind of hoping it meant that bubs might turn up a few weeks early, but app not

Haha! At my appointment yesterday hubby actually asked the registar if the baby measuring big meant that she would come sooner. The doctor looked at him and very plainly said. "Nope. Not at all!" Apparently the big babies like to hold on.

What did she mean when she said

? That doesn't make sense. A lot of docs find it concerning incase you have GD.
