The second night bubs was trying to turn (the night before last) I got out of bed at 3am and onto my all fours for 15mins, hoping that would help. But all it seemed to do was quieten bubs down, rather than help him move. Next time, I will try the pelvic bridge.

Sooooo....if my husband helped me, is it okay for me to try a handstand against a wall for 10 mins a day???
I would imagine that a headstand is a bit extreme for pregnancy and probably more than is needed (i.e. the pelvic bridge or, better still, the "bottom propped above head level and legs vertically up the wall" would be sufficient - if the baby will fall for it, then you wont need a full headstand...). I think that a full headstand would be more dangerous (i.e. chance of falling - even aided), but would also divert too much blood away from your uterus... I felt sick and headachey enough doing the "bottom propped above head level and legs vertically up the wall"...

Even with the pelvic bridge or "bottom propped above head level and legs vertically up the wall", the suggestion is not to do it for more than 15 minutes - still pretty extreme for pregnancy...

BUT ask your antenatal yoga teacher..

Really WAY too early to worry...

Most babies move a lot before about 28/30 weeks. By 32 weeks only 25% of babies are still in breech, by term this drops to only 3%. So you have a HUGE chance of baby turning...

twin 2 is breech and NOOOO chance of turning now not enough room lol but as twin1 is head down we are delivering naturally and twin2 will be delivered breech or turned during delivery (am trying not to dwell on the comment received by consultant 'we can reach in an pull him out' eekk)

Anyway after all that waffle EEKKKKKKKKKK to the rib pain - Sams big head is under my left ribs and I cant turn right at all or put my left sock/shoe on lol. Very bizarre
