Went mad today in Tesco

Tesco have loads of baby offers at the min! Today I got loads of babybath, lotion, shampoo, nappies wipes cotton wool, bepanthen, maternity pads, breast pads, cotton buds, milton hand gel etc etc etc and it only came to £35!

I must say its mucho exciting getting all those things again! DD wanted one of the nappies for her dolly

OH little Breast Pad Tip also....

Dont waste your money on the likes of Tesco own or Johnsons breast pads. I leaked through them all. The best ones are Tommee Tippee. They are lined the same material as nappies, very thin so you cant feel they are there and they come in individual sachets too so are always lovely and germ free. Yes they are £4.97 for 50, but when you are spending £2- £3 for 30 that you have to change a million times a day then your not worse off.

Im the worlds keenest bargain hunter and a serial money saver, but remembering back to DD, I went straight for the TT pads again.

If i were to go to the johnsons ones again, it would prob be 3-4 months into breastfeeding when leaking virtually becomes non existant. I cant tell you how embarrassing it is when u look down and see a big wet patch on your shirt

So trust me girls - Tommee Tippee closer to nature!

Thanks for the tip!!! Believe it or not I got a pack the tommee tippee ones as part of my secret santa from one of the girls at work!!! I've still to use them as I haven't started leaking yet, but I'll be sure to grab them as soon as I do!!!!
