Hubby just noticed something.... HELP

but i dont know what its called so I cant google it to see what it is ive got a large lump about the size of a tennis ball in the middle of my back that feels like its full of fluid. Ive never noticed it before until hubby just noticed it, no pain or anything, although i have been getting back aches which i think are just normal pg pains. Not been doing anything strenuous which could have pulled it.

Anyone know what this is or had something similar? Best way to describe what it looks and feels like is an air bubble in my back?

Not sure hun. I'd probably make an appointment with the GP tomorrow. NHS direct have an online symptom checker that you can try too xx

sounds like it could be a cyst or an abcess, although an abcess would probably be painful. I would just make an appointment to see your gp, unless something happens like it bursts before then.

just browsing this section cos my friend is due to have her baby any day..
probably completely different but my step dad when i was a kid had a similar sized lump on his back, it was just a fatty lump and he had it for years and he had it removed eventually
i would ring nhs direct just to put your mind at rest maybe tonight, especially if yr worried and think its suddenly appeared (i.e. it definitely wasnt there this morning!) and get it checked properly tomorrow, good luck xx
