I'm Currently Feeling:

I asked to be sterilised, but the doc recommended against it as we're so young, and they won't do it straight after the birth, and for six months after baby is born, in case something went wrong. The same applies for vasectomey.
I was recommended the Mirena Coil, which is safe for breastfeeding, and has the same success rate as the snip!! Also stops your periods.. bonus

Just wanted to let you know that it didn't stop my periods for me. It made them MUCH lighter, but they never stopped completely. I loved having it though!

I wouldn't say the pill because; you lose track of time and if you do not take your pill on time or forget one; then it's not effective. I'd recommend the implant (the one in your forearm) safe for breast-feeding, does not affect your milk. And you do not have to remember taking a pill
