Question

Is it worth getting a rocking moses basket stand?

Do they have any benefits or are they pretty pointless? It's just, people are asking me about things they can get me and I have everything..

I have both a rocking one and a non rocking one. i don't think i will use my rocking one for fear of accidentally knocking it over.

At least the non-rocking one is more sturdy! Just my opinion.

My bassinet rocks. I'm assuming it will be handy and calming for the baby-- but I don't know first hand quite yet. Hopefully I'll be able to tell you soon! lol

I think it will be more useful when you are half asleep and the baby is waking up, but not needing to be fed. That way you can just reach your arm out and rock her back to sleep, and hopefully not have to fully wake up with her. If other people want to buy it for you, I say, let them!

My mum and dad advised us not to get one, but we did anyway.

Our carpet is so thick that it doesn't rock anyway though. So it doesn't matter lol.

It's nice, but I can imagine it'd get a bit annoying.
