Goodbye Sleep!


I'm on day 4 of terrible sleep. The last few days I've been getting up almost every hour or so to use the washroom and then when I go back to bed I can't fall asleep again because I over-think. I don't mind, though... I make up for it in the afternoon with my naps.

I think I'm getting way too anxious for the baby. I just lay there and think about wanting her so bad or I get up in the middle of the night and find something to fix up in her room.

I'm gonna be one tired momma when labour starts! I just want it to start NOW lol. I've been looking for signs that it will start soon... but I haven't been getting any. If she wants to wait it out the next two weeks, that's fine too. I don't want her out until she's good and ready.

Boy oh boy.. I think these next few weeks will be a bit slower. I need to get my mind off the baby!

sleepless nights are the worst; but I think it is our body getting ready for no sleep once they are born

I was up loads last night with my mind racing...doesn't help DH is snoring beside me

Would it help if you had a shorter nap? I know it isn't easy but ma help with getting to sleep at night...

I think my naps are probably why I have a hard time sleeping at night because I tend to sneak in about an hour or two a day. I'll definitely try shortening them Thanks

You'd think nature would give you a break and make you sleep before labour so you were ready for it! If only you could tell it that!!
