hiya, im entitled to statutory maternity leave pay and was wondering will this just be payed into my bank by my employer each month ? cos i dont want to find they havnt payed it to me at end of month was thinking i might give them a ring but does anyone know if this is what will happen ?

if your getting scantory maternity pay it will get paid through your employeer so it should still come up on your bank statements as your employeer cos your employeer is the one that have to sort it out for you

it does depend on how long you've worked for them.... if not long enough, you need to claim it from the jobcentre I think
