I'm Currently Feeling:  | Day 1 of my last weekend before the baby down..
Hey girls,
I mentioned in another post that my mom had planned a girly weekend for us, since DH will be working most of it. Since its the last weekend before the baby comes. Yesterday was amazing. She picked me up at 3:30, and had made 4:00 appts for both of us for hour long massages at a spa here in town. I haven't had a prenatal massage, and it was really great. The woman made my body feel incredible after. And I was so relaxed, I probably could have fallen asleep while she was massaging me. Then we went in the sauna for a little while, until I started getting warm. Then we showered and left. It was my puppys 1st birthday yesterday, so we went to a doggy bakery downtown and got him different special doggy pastries. Then me, DH, and my mom went to see the movie 21, then went and had a late dinner. Then I just came home and relaxed. It was great.
But really ladies, if you get the chance, I would DEFINITELY recommend a prenatal massage. I was going to get one a couple months ago, and I'm so glad I got it now. With all of the aches and pains we go through right now, it was really amazing. Now I'm off to see whats planned for today...  |
