Hmmm im a bit skeptical too.

I dont know who this woman is but im guessing she has-
a-lots of money
b-a personal trainer 24/7
c-lots of money for decent food let alone a personal cook/chef
d-she was very skinny to begin with with good muscle tone
e-didnt put on that much weight.
and f- likes sit ups!!
Hmm i do 2 sit ups a day....one getting into bed and one getting out,although its more of a whale roll now.
Ill be happy to let my body do its thing after baby is born and whats the rush? i want to enjoy my baby not be concentrating on diet and exercise.
