yeah bring on maternity leave xxx

hell yeah!

I forgot about maternity leave.

Although Im supposed to be off sick til Tuesday so its my own fault Im still there. Oopsie!

My favourite things about the 3rd trimester are:

* Knowing that baby is viable should anything go wrong.
* People are mostly more friendly - especially old people.
* If you stand in a long que in the supermarket and hold your belly and then sigh lots, people usually let you go ahead of them.
* Counting down the weeks till baby is here.
* Babys kicks and movements are way more obvious and deliberate than ever before.
* When you feel your belly it all feels like a big lump of baby and you can make out the body parts.

Ah you gals are making me so excited about being in the 3rd tri! I can't wait and you all sound so excited about meeting your bumps!

I get quite carried away and then get angry and give people dirty looks if they don't let me. It's like I get so into it I actually believe they should be letting me go infront of them & I have to remind myself to behave!!

LOL I agree. I thought all of these things too when my bump was big. Now its HUGE, and uncomfortable. Every movement hurts. I walk like I have something far up my bum. I feel like I'm going to burst every 3 mins, and when I go to the bathroom, I can barely get anything out! My feet and hands are like beach balls! (Probably to match the one on my belly!)

There were some good things about 3rd tri... It was fun getting bigger in the beginning. People are super nice to you. (Although they were during 2nd also) Occasionally you get lots of energy and clean your house for absolutely no reason. You do know that LO is pretty much safe if they were to be born. And you get to meet your LO really soon!

Ugh... people aren't nice to me here. They could care less if I were pregnant or not, I swear! LOL. I've been sitting on a high-horse as well and somewhat expecting people to be nicer to me, so that certainly doesn't help.

I had just finished doing a huge load of groceries a few weeks ago and was trying to get my grocery cart to my truck but there was so much snow in the parking lot that I had a terrible, terrible time. A man just sat in his truck and stared at me. I was kinda pissed off.
