Sorry you had such a bad experience.

Even if she was just covering, a phlebotomist should still know what tubes are used for which tests, taking blood is what their trained to do!!!!!

she sounds a bit incompetnant i wouldnt be happy either i had to have my bloods taken again yesturday to luckly mine wasnt a vampire xxx
