I have had the cold for a week now. I am suffering with bad sinus pain and it really hurts to the point where it gives me bad headache..
Do you know if it ok to take sinus meds and if not can you recommend anything?

As far as I know sinus meds are not allowed as they contain codeine but I could be wrong...You are allowed to take panadol for the pain though. Hope you feel better soon!!!

p.s Canisten nasal spray is also allowed and might help relieve the blockage.

I thought you were allowed coedine? Ive been taking co codamol for my hip pain that my doctor gave me?

I went to the doctor and had something prescribed for my migranes. They won't leave you in pain/ill when you're pregnant.

You can have codeine, I'm taking codeine phosphate. It's brilliant.
