Hello lovely ladies - well I am from all the way back in first tri - but I saw this post and thought I'd share this link with you

yeah you are ment to do 15 mins on one, then 15 mins on the other, and do it forever basically - omg would be like trying to tune in a 1950's radio - think im gonna give this one a miss olol

Interesting article but OMG the bit about getting a friends newborn to do it as they will suckle any woman - there is no way I would be lending out my newborn to anyone for this reason!!!!!!!!

nipple stimulation has been used since forever, it can also be used during labour to move things a long - of course you migth want to wait for some privacy for that

I only did 5mins intervals on each nipple. I never felt anything but it did leave me with sore nipples. Will try again tomorrow for longer but with some nipple cream to hand.
