| I'm the same - switch back and forth about every half hour between right and left. Little relieved that I'm not the only one who keeps gettin sore hips lying on my side - no-one else I've spoken to got that! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I suppose I'm lucky compared to some. I go to bed between 11 and midnight and I can sleep on my left & right side for quite a long time to start with. Around 3 or 4am I always have to get up and pee and then from about 5 or 6am it starts to get painful and I turn over every few minutes. Some nights are better or worse than others though. I have had nights where I don't get any pain but thats hardly ever anymore and some nights I can only sleep about 4 hours before I'm in loads of pain. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Not very well! I tend to lay on my right side most - because for some reason if I lay on my left side my breasts leak... all over DH. I do toss and turn most of the night, though - I spend about 2 hours on my right side then 5 minutes on my back and then 30 minutes on my left side - poking DH until he turns over and snuggles me so I lay on my right side again for another couple of hours ('till he falls asleep and rolls away from me). I don't sleep in one position, solidly or comfortably through the night by any means, though - will be glad when baby is older and sleeping through the nights in his/her own room and I can get a decent night's sleep again! |
