Contractions got very intense last night and were lasting about a minute. ...But after about 3am they just stopped.

Have been in hospital today because I bled a bit in the night, had a bit of a show thismorning, and then had another bleed in the bath this afternoon. They stuck me on a monitor and I am having contractions but my cervix is apparently closed I don't understand where the blood and mucous is coming from if my cervix is completely closed??

Anyways turns out this hasn't been it for me, girls - sorry to get you all excited! I do have to keep an eye on this bleeding, though because if I get anymore apparently they want to get things started for me. I don't quite understand why I've been bleeding of why I am in the pain I am or why I feel so rotton and sick I don't understand why they will want to induce me or if this means I should be worried about the blood I've lost? I am feeling a bit confused, let down and scared... I also really don't want to have my baby in that hospital - was supposed to have a home birth but am too dangerously anaemic so have to go to hospital out of town for my birth - from what I've seen of the place and the people who work there today I really don't feel like I want to have my baby there

Sorry to have a bit of a rant there girls - am feeling really exhausted and poorly. Will update you if there is any news.

aww hun... just think, you'll get to meet you little one shortly... don't be afraid, the drs will take good care of you. Try to relax and not worry too much

Awww Tasha, as long as you and the baby are ok, I don't think you should be that dissapointed if you indeed end up having the baby in the hospital.
They are just looking out for your best interest.

aww hun i'm so sorry to hear your not feeling well, your LO will make an appearance when good and ready, I feel the same about my hospital, however as long as baby is fit and healthy thats all that matters. Make sure you get lots of rest xx

Glad you're both ok. Sorry to hear that about your hospital *hugs*. I feel like that about mine too. Im sure the doctors will be perfectly capeable though
