I had an appointment for it 3 weeks ago, my pregnancy brain being useless I had totally forgotten about it. I know it's not very smart of me... My doctor will not be impressed.
Is it too late to take the test now? Considering that I have max 4 weeks left...
I think it might be important to get done because if you do have GD it can effect your baby and they like to keep a close eye on mom and baby after birth to make sure that your blood sugar levels are ok.

She might still want you to go do it. I know when I did mine, they also tested my blood count, and blood type, and iron levels. I'm surprised you only were supposed to go a couple of weeks ago. Here, we normally do it between 24-28 weeks. Pregnancy brain is a pain in the butt!
