is probably the most annoying side-effect of pregnancy that I have been having for the longest time.
I get blood collected on my inner nasal membranes and I use nasal spray(the safe kind) sometimes, but I try not to use if very often.

I also use saline nasal spray which is completely safe, but it doesn't do shit.

This is sooooo annoying.

Anyone else suffer from this?

Nasal congestion? I have a constant runny nose if that's what it is lol!

I've got it quite badly at the moment but I'm just getting over a cold. It's like my nose is all closed up though rather than mucus and it makes it really hard to sleep. Also it's quite hard to eat without looking like a pig or suffocating!

I had a bad cold on new years, the only thing that helped was some vicks in hot water. Hope you get better!

My nose gets super clogged at night but no matter how hard I blow it won't reach my nasal passage and come out. It's the worst at night when I'm trying to sleep of course. Normally it takes a hot shower for it to break up and come out. My poor nose has not enjoyed this pregnancy.

My nose is stuffy all day and all night. Doesn't help that allergy season is starting soon. Still haven't found anything that helps though...night time is the WORST!

Yeah same here too, been getting a lot of nosebleeds as well.

I've started snoring haha. Im suprised Matt hasn't moved into the spare room.
