It definitely gets harder to sleep towards the end huh? I think between being excited to meet LO, and being so uncomfortable as our bellies continue to grow, its nearly impossible to sleep through the night. Oh yea and getting up to use the bathroom a million times!

You need to take care of yourself right now, and if work is getting to be too much for you, I would def talk about doing part time for now. Have you checked about your mat leave? I know in CA they pay you for 4 weeks before your due date, and 12 weeks after. But you can not add the 4 weeks onto the 12 if you work up until you deliver. So if you dont take em you lose em. You might want to look into that just in case. But def do what you need to do right now, and dont over work yourself. Its normal to get exhausted, and you need to make sure you and LO are getting enough rest.

Some days I feel like it is going by so quickly. We really only have about 2 months left. Other days, it is going to take forever!

Something that helps me get back to sleep is to not think about anything specific. So i list the sounds I can hear:the clock, my breath, the pillow rustling under my head, the cars on the streets, ect. The what I can feel, and so on.

Im getting more tired now as well, quite a lot more

Apparently I'm a bit low on iron though, so I guess that might have something to do with it.

However I woke up last night with cramp in my legs, once Id stood up to get rid of it I needed a wee so I went to the loo, and about 2 minutes after getting back into bed Junior got half an hour worth of hiccups which are quite difficult to sleep through! Not suprised Im tired today.

xxx

We don't really have maternity leave at my job.. its called Short Term Disability... so they pay for 9 weeks and its only 60% of my paycheck... so thats not too bad... its still money!.. But We have a lot of support from our families as well.. Thank God for families!
