The past day or two I've started to have knife-stabbing pains in my bump. They're not low, and completely different from the round ligament pains. Just feels like someone is stabbing me with a knife in different areas occassionally. Last night when I was trying to turn over in bed I would get them at the top of my bump on whatever side I was turning off of. Could it just be Peanut elbow-jabbing me or something? Anyone else get this??

Yah I get this when I get elbowed.

But also remember your intestines and tummy are crunched way up into your ribcage now, and leaking down around the top (and back) of your bump... I sometimes get stabbing pains I equate to gas pains or normal digestive pains but because the anatomy is all wonky, I don't feel it where I normally would.
